We are able to come to you, erasing the hustle and bustle of a gym setting, this will ensure a private and dedicated experience receiving full attention.

All equipment will be provided, whether you’re training at home, outdoors, at work or even in your private gym.

Our 1-2-1 sessions will offer the most personal experience, we will have designed a custom programme specifically for your goals, and from there will use various different training methods to keep you motivated and progressing.

Online Coaching

1-2-1 Personal Training not feasible? Wellness Workout UK also provide Online Coaching. This can be achieved in your own time, around your schedule.

Your Online Coaching experience will allow you to access your workouts anytime, anywhere.

A great benefit of Online Training is that you will able to track your stats, personal bests and follow instructional videos from your smartphone, all through our free iOS and android app.
